Registration for
returning BEST Swimmers, (2009-2010 Short Course Season and/or 2010
Long Course Season), will begin on Tuesday, August 17th.
Registration this year will handled on-line. Families will
have the option to pay by credit card, ACH, or by check.
New Swimmer registration
will begin on Monday, August 23rd. All new swimmers
will need to have an evaluation done prior to the start of the
season for proper group placement. New swimmer evaluations
will take place on August 15 at the Bartlett Park District indoor
pool from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please contact Jen

for the evaluations.
Registration fees for the
upcoming season are (these fees include the $60 non-refundable ISI
Fee and $15 non-refundable team t-shirt fee):
White Group -- $490
Red/Blue -- $640
Bronze I and Bronze II --
$775
Silver/Gold -- $850
High School Girls -- $555
High School Boys -- $520
All groups with the
exception of High School Girls will pay $340 at time of
registration. Remaining balance will be billed out over 3
installments.
High School Girls will
need to pay a deposit of $195 at the time of registration to secure
their spot on the team. The remaining balance will be billed
out in 3 installments.
Note: swimmers spots on the team are only secured
once payment is received by the team. If a family elects
to pay by check, please make sure to send in or drop off payment as
soon as you submit registration on-line.
When you agree to participate on the BEST Swim Team, a
space has been reserved for your swimmer(s) that could be used for
other swimmers. Because of this, once you have
registered with the team and the season has started, you are
responsible for payment in full for the entire season, whether your
child completes the season or not. You also
understand and agree the team will not refund any money paid if a
swimmer leaves the team. Pro-rated discounts
will not be applied for late sign-ups.Special consideration will be given to any
medical situation or family relocation. Any

FUNDRAISING
COMMITMENT:
Each swimmer will
have a fundraising obligation with our football mania fundraiser or
a buyout of $50. New this year, you will have
the opportunity to offset your swimming costs with additional
fundraising and an incentive program.
Registration is being handled

The Short Course Season will begin August 30th
and run through the middle of March for those who qualify for
chamionship meets. BEST will be competing in
approximately two meets a month with a full team travel meet
at the mid-point of the swim season. Swimmers have the
opportunity to swim in Conference Meets, Regionals, Age Group
Champs and Senior Champs meets. A full meet schedule will be
posted once completed.

6th -- Bronze I and Bronze II (practices to be at
Streamwood Park District)

13th -- White, Red and Blue Swimmers (practices at
Bartlett Park District, Silver and Gold will move to Bartlett High
School***)
***( this is
tentative for Silver and Gold swimmers; it is dependent if we are
able to start using BHS this week. If not, they will be with
Bronze I and Bronze II until the following week)
