Championship Meet Entries

Swimmers who have qualified and will be swimming in the Age Group and/or Senior Championship meets need to advise Coach Marcelo and BEST's Meet Director, Jennifer Johnson, immediately. There are still several opportunities to achieve Champ times up through the St. Charles Last Chance Meet, so keep swimming hard. (June 27, 2008)

Outdoor Practices

All swimmers should be prepared to participate in 15-20 minutes of dryland training beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please dress appropriately, including running/gym shoes, AND APPLY SUNSCREEN! Because we are on a tight timeline with the Bartlett pool, it is encouraged for all athletes to arrive by 8:45 a.m. (June 10, 2008)

Meet Results

Meet Results, Personal BESTs and Team Records have been updated and posted for the first three meets of the Long Course Season, which include over 200 BEST times and 33 new team records. Congratulations to all swimmers for a great start to the summer. (June 10, 2008)
